A wealthy Los Angeles dad who pointed a gun at masked intruders as they tried to break into his luxury home with his five-month-old baby inside has been stripped of his firearms license.

In a video for the National Rifle Association, Vince Ricci revealed that his concealed carry permit was “revoked,” even though he said he was confronted by two men “pointing a gun at my chest.”

“After successfully defending my home, my family and my 5-month-old baby, California has decided to suspend my Second Amendment [rights]Ricci said.

Ricci said Fox News Digital News that the sheriff’s office called him Thursday morning to tell him the news and said it was because he was “yelling” at officers when they came to investigate.

A brave father has slammed the Los Angeles Police Department for “sloppy police work,” including allegedly failing to collect shell casings scattered near his home as evidence.
