The federal government, through the Federal Ministry of Works, will close all ramps of the Third Mainland Bridge to traffic until 7 a.m. on Monday.
The Federal Controller of Works in Lagos State, Olukorede Keisha, made this known in a statement on Friday.
Keisha said the federal government is committed to making extensive repairs to the bridge.
The statement read: “In view of the above, motoring residents are hereby notified that all four ramps connecting Adekunle to TMB will be closed at the same time.
“Motorists are therefore advised to use alternative routes, cooperating with traffic management officials deployed to manage traffic and ensure smooth movement.”
