Gato Grande Option Psychological thriller by Ana Reyes “The House in the Pines” for television
EXCLUSIVE: Gato Grande, an Amazon company MGM Studios, has acquired the rights to Ana Reyes’ best-selling novel House in Sosny, for the development of television.
The psychological thriller tells the story of a woman who, armed only with vague memories, witnessed the sudden death of her friend a long time ago and since then has been trying to forget her whole life and sets off in search of answers. It’s hard to believe what he discovers deep in the forest.
House in Sosny it was on the New York Times bestseller list for over two months and was selected by Reese’s Book Club upon its publication in January 2023. Forbes magazine named it one of the five best-selling fiction titles of the first half of 2023.
House in Sosny is Reyes’ debut novel. She holds an MFA from Louisiana State University and teaches creative writing.
