The Milwaukee Bucks won the first game of the series against the Miami Heat when the two times All-NBA star, Khris Middleton scored a last-second jumper in overtime. The game went back and forth between the two eastern giants. This was probably the most entertaining game of the playoffs till now. And same is expected with these two in the future as well. In this article, we will share all the details of the Heat vs Bucks live stream, kickoff time, and roster for the coming games between the two.
The Milwaukee Bucks have been consistent throughout the season. Last season, the Bucks came short after losing to the current rivals, the Heat in the semifinals of the conference. The Michigan team was regarded as the favorites going into the semifinals against the Heat. but somehow they were not able to cope with the pressure, losing the series by 4-1. But this season, the Bucks are determined as ever and will be looking to avenge their semifinals loss against Miami.
While for the Heat, it has been a bumpy ride so far, with them not able to perform considerably well at the start of the season. But as the season progressed, the Florida team has regained their confidence. They don’t have any Marquee player in their rosters like Giannis Antetokounmpo or Stephen Curry but they do have the likes of Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Goran Dragić who can work magic when it is most needed for the team. The Miami Heat are surely the team to be feared. And they have everything that can lead a team to the championship glory. This Florida team is not dependant on one or two individuals.

What to expect from the Milwaukee Bucks in this series?
The Bucks finished the season in 3rd place in the Eastern Conference behind the Philadelphia 76ers and the Brooklyn Nets. As usual, the Bucks were brilliant in their offensive gameplay, with the likes of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton again doing goods for the Michigan team. The Bucks finished the season with a 120.1 points average per game, which was the best offensive score by any team. Since the acquisition of Giannis Antetokounmpo back in 2016, Milwaukee Bucks always had the tendency to score good but the problem that hampered their progress was their below-par defense.
Another thing that shut down the Bucks was their inability to score whenever Giannis was not on the court for them. The Bucks were looking to acquire someone who can score at the crunch moments and help Giannis and the team. And after much head twitching, the Bucks finally got their man in the form of Jrue Holiday, when they acquired the 30 years old from the Pelicans this offseason.
Jrue Holiday gives the Bucks much-needed backup for Giannis. He has the experience and mental toughness to come up big in crucial moments where the game is won or lost. With Holiday being a great addition along with Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks have become a solid contender for this year’s title glory. But first, they have to get past the ever-resilient Miami Heat who have the tendency to come up with their best in the postseason.
One thing that might go against the Bucks is the lack of depth in their roster besides the starting five. And if one of the starting five gets injured, it might be curtains for the Michigan team.
What to expect from the Miami Heat?
Miami Heat upset most of the teams on their way to the Championship finals before losing out to the Lakers. Their strength lies in the teamwork, not depending on any specific individual, unlike the Bucks who work for their talisman.
Miami Heat led the Bucks at the end of the first quarter with a score of 24-22. Point Guard, Duncan Robinson scored 3 3-pts to start the proceeding for the Heat and was well complemented by Center Bam Adebayo. Jimmy Butler looked a bit rattled but slowly began to find his feet.
The Bucks started the second half strongly, with Giannis showing his strength with the powerful drives of his between the lines of the Heat. while Jimmy Butler came up with a string of 3 points of his own.
Miami Heat was in the driver’s seat in most parts of the game and never looked out of the game. And that’s what you expect from them, a never losing mentality. The head coach, Eric Spoelstra has lauded his team efforts in the first game and is hoping that his team will tie the series before moving to their quota of the home crowd.
Heat Edge point
The Heat have the depth in the squad, and that showed in their first game with the Bucks. Gordon Dragic came off the bench and scored 25 points that included a 3-pointer from the corner to tie the game with 20.6 seconds left in the game. Tyler Herro was also on the song and scored a crucial 10 points for his 19 mins on the court.
With this depth in their squad, I personally feel that the Heat will again topple the Bucks as we move forward in the series. They have a better experience when it comes to the playoffs and this attribute will surely determine their fate in the end.
