Another less discussed weapon is connectivity – or lack thereof.

Israel controls most of Gaza’s electricity, as well as telecommunications and internet access. Access to the Internet is recognized by the United Nations as a fundamental human right. It informs us and allows us to connect with each other and the world.

This connection is especially important in times of war.
