Last November Social insurance in the event of incapacity for work checks will be mailed this week. If you haven’t received yours yet, it could arrive this week, but it all depends on when you started receiving SSDI and what day your birthday is. Additionally, if you receive Supplemental Security Income, your payment should arrive on November 1st.

Payment schedule if you have received SSDI since 1997 or earlier
If you have been an SSDI recipient since May 1997 or earlier, your payment should arrive on the third of each month.
It is worth paying attention to exceptions. If the third day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, you will receive your payment on the next business day. For example, June 3 fell on a Saturday, so beneficiaries received payments on Friday, June 2.
When you receive your check depends on your date of birth and the year you started receiving SSDI money.
The other people’s schedule depends on their birthday
Payments for people who haven’t received SSDI money since 1997 or earlier follow the same schedule as Social Security. Here’s how it works:
- If your birthday falls between the 1st and 10th of the month, your payment will be sent on the second Wednesday of the month.
- If your birthday falls between the 11th and 20th of the month, your payment will be sent on the third Wednesday of the month.
- If your birthday falls between the 21st and 31st of the month, your payment will be sent on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
When you will receive your November SSDI payment
Here’s when your payment should arrive, depending on your date of birth:
November 3: Payment for people who received SSDI before May 1997.
November 8: SSDI payment for people whose birthday falls between the 1st and 10th of the month.
15 November: SSDI payment for people whose birthday falls between the 11th and 20th of each month.
November 22: SSDI payment for people whose birthday falls between the 21st and 31st of the month.
