Taylor Swift ‘devastated’ after fan dies at her concert in Brazil

During Taylor’s outdoor soccer stadium concert – the first of her three sold-out concerts in Rio – several of the approximately 60,000 attendees felt unwell due to high temperatures. G1 reported that the temperature in the city reached over 30 degrees Fahrenheit that day.
During the singer’s performance, many fans chanted “water,” prompting the pop star to stop and ask staff to bring them some.
“There are people who need water, right here, maybe 30, 35, 40 feet away,” she said, as seen in a video posted on X, formerly Twitter. “So whoever is responsible for handing them over, just make sure it happens. Can I get a signal that you know where they are?”
